London, UK — 1/13/2003 – Entertainment software publisher NovaLogic Ltd. today announced that they are looking forward to their busiest ever Q1 in 2003 with the release of three PC titles, Delta Force??Black Hawk Down, Highland Warriors?and Devastation?
The fifth installment of the popular PC franchise Delta Force ?Black Hawk Down will ship on March 28th. NovaLogic will have shipped over 300,000 units of Delta Force ?Black Hawk Down throughout Europe on day one of its release, making it the Publisher抯 most successful title to date. Based upon and around the Operation Restore Hope and Task Force Ranger campaigns, DF-BHD follows members of the elite Delta Force, U.S. Army Rangers, 10th Mountain Division and the Night Stalkers as they participate in a number of daring raids against the oppressive Somali warlords in and around Mogadishu.
Highland Warriors?is NovaLogic抯 first European third party PC release. An epic RTS of bloody feuds, Scottish patriotism and English Invaders. It begins with the original founding of Scotland around 850 AD and peaks with the fight for independence during the 13th / 14th century. Gamers can play as one of three Scottish clans or risk their life for the British crown in 35 historically founded missions.
Set on post-apocalyptic Earth where survival and ultimate dominance are all that matters, Devastation?is an action teamplay oriented first person shooter. Developed by Digitalo and powered by the heavily modified, next generation Unreal?Engine technology, it pits teams of rebelling street fighters, gang leaders, mercenaries and ex-military fighters against overwhelming armies of high-tech corporate troopers. NovaLogic already have Day 1 UK orders superseding 50,000.
